° Un petit brin de nostalgie maintenant que vient de se terminer la série de treize concerts que Mylène Farmer a donné à Paris Bercy. Un spectacle à la hauteur de ce que les fans attendait depuis si longtemps. Les concerts furent superbes avec une Mylène visiblement heureuse de retrouver son public. :icon_hug:

° En espérant qu'il y ait dans l'avenir d'autres moments aussi intenses à partager avec Mylène :love:

° Voici quelques souvenirs des concerts en attendant de se replonger dans cette atmosphère exceptionnelle avec le DVD :lapin:

Il y a des détails qui m'avaient échappé, même au plus près de la fosse...

Pour l'instant il n'y a pas de date "officielle" de prévu, tout du moins a ma conaissance mais je verrais bien une sortie vers le dernier trimestre de cette année.

Bonjour à tous.
1er je n'ai aucun vocabulaire français ou gramar, ainsi sois patirnt avec moi, ou peut-être préférez-vous ma langue maternelle de l'anglais ?
Je suis un vierge complet de Mylene, j'ai entendu parler d'elle de forum, d'un Guesch Patti, et d'un AM différents intéressée à la conclusion hors de ce qui je bidon au sujet de Mylene.
Quelle forme sa musique prend-elle ? Est-ce poppish comme Kylie et Brittnay ou plus d'aduklt comme Alannys ou Guesch ? J'attends avec intérêt de découvrir.

Well, the songs of Mylene are mostly soft, not realy like Kylie or Guesch Patti... The best thing is to listen to her songs if you can. Mylene have very specials atmospheres in her clips and in her "Live" (like you can see in the pictures of the last Live in Bercy-Paris). :batty:

I will now traul the music shops for Mylene's music, and if she sounds half as good as she looks, I'll be well happy!:uriel:

It's a real shame, but had I bben aware of her last year, I could have searched the music shops in Montreal and Toronto whilst on vaction. Alas, I will not be over in Canada this year due to a cruise in the Med.

Dans le Français faible, parce que l'anglais ne traduit pas en Français en forme pure, et vice versa, pour ceci appologise de I à l'avance:sunglas:

Je ne me rendais pas compte que le bercy ait été Paris proche, et obtiens confus vers le haut en supposant que les choses se produisaient au Canada. Je me rends compte maintenant que Mylene est d'origine canadienne, mais applique ses échanges de la France ? ! :a7:

Peut-être je devrais projeter un voyage en France et essayer d'acheter un CD de Mylene. Par quoi est-il le meilleur à commencer ?

Bercy est une grande salle de spectacle (environ 13 000 personnes) d'après ce que je sais.
Si vous souhaitez acheter un Cd, vous pouvez peut-etre commencer par "LES MOTS". Il est chanté à moitié par Mylene Farmer en français et la moitié en anglais par Seal. Comme cela, vous comprendrez la moitié des paroles ! Comme moi, puisque je ne parle pas du tout anglais.:merlot:

First,I'm really glad to meet you.Tha's the first day I've been here...I just registered!)you asked about Mylene..well..don't try to think to Guesh or Kylie...she's not like them!.I really,really hope your English will become better with time (I can translate you all Mylène's lyrics,that's not a problem ..I'll just ask you a few days)just for one reason : the words.They're so deep (if you listen to 'ainsi-soit je " you'll be amazed to see she's using what I call (and love!!)"old French language" but to be honest..the best way for you...is simply to buy her cds from the first to the last one,you'll be able to note the difference and the maturity of ,1rst, herself and, 2nd, of her work,anyway both are equals..so even if it's tough for me to recommend you either "this one" nor "this other one"..that's true that's "les mots" (the words) is a very good double-cd...because you can have a fast way to know her work..but cd like L'Autre ( The Other) is too good,above all the first song (Agnus Dei).So...if you can get them all from the first to the last..it'll be wonderfull for you!! oops...I forgot..one thing..The Other (L'Autre) means " the other part of ourselves " and not another person!! well...I hope to hear from you soon and..take care !.I was glad to talk..well...to write !..to you

Well..or as we say in France.."comment va ton train-train quotidien"...!well don't try to translate..that's the same!Thanks to say I've given you a insight to Mylène..I just try to do my best...but frankly..I don't know if it was so good,I just mean that I tried to make you get what kind of work and above all all the changes Mylène passed through...I don't know if it's so tough to find any of her work (she also wrote a book for children...I don't think it's been translated in English,you have to ask Krystéo...)but I see you have the same problem than me(except when I used to go to England before my master degree)..I mean I love Toyah!and here in France nobody knows about her,about her music,films,tv performances,theater,and all about how to live in a better way with nature....I don't mention her concerts...I just saw her during about 20 yrs in England!!...But I guess you won't have such difficult troubles with Mylène...I don't think so...If not you still can order on the web..but ask all her cds tittles before!Well... nothing to add since our last mail this afternoon!...if I can remember something,don't worry.I'll let you know.Don't forget to ask Krystéo!...take care of you!!

I have tried both the web and music stores but no Mylene yet. I may have to make a trip to London, where there are more oppertunities.

I too liked Toyah in her punk days and was prety good. I'm surprised to hear (read) that she wasn't too big in France, but she was well known in Germany, I worked there from 1983-1986, I was a member of the Royal Air Force.:floating:

Wasn't aware that Mylene had written a childrens book, but then again, until a few months ago, I had never heard of her, so that's not surprising, is it?

hi laughing gravie!!:bravo: for the "link"...I can get what kind of person is your mother in law !!be sure..if I'd had to meet her..it would be to fight then not to talk (lol!)well..you know..Toyah is unknown in France.I know about Germany (she toured) but here...no.I like all she did since the beginning,even with her husband,Robert Fripp.So many changes,a so great voice and above all an energy..wow...nothing to add!.About Mylène..she's not an artist you'll see every month or every year..that's why people are waiting that way about 1rst her and 2nd her work.I can't get you...didn't find any online shops on the web..do you know (exactly?) the titles?because you'll find them on French sites!!She did a Tour in January in France and after in Russia..and ...again..no :sunglas: :sunglas: news..Krystéo wrote she was taking time in hot islands.But don't be surprised not to hear from Mylène during a certain time...I guess she 'd like to work on movies maybe both as an actress and as a producer..and it would be a good thing for us...even if a lot of people will think about "Giorgino"...If you can't find any of her work..either ask Krytéo nor I!...well..I have work to do..you know...finding a mother in law and why not..her family...after all... that's ripley's work!!take care of you laughing gravie!
